Rocco received a Business Certificate from St. Clair College, and in 1971 a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Windsor with a major in Economics. Upon graduation, Rocco worked in corporate sales until he earned an Ontario Real Estate Licence in March 1974. In August 1979, Rocco became co-founder of RenCen Real Estate Limited in Windsor, Ontario and has been a Broker since the early 1980's. In his many years of real estate, Mr. Mancini's residential sales have consisted of new and existing single family homes -- detached and semi-detached, vacant lots, condos, and multi-residential properties. In the commercial and industrial area, he has sold golf courses, restaurants, night clubs, strip malls, factories and industrial facilities. He has represented many high profile clients such as Don Cherry, and Arby's Roast Beef. Since 1974, Rocco has also represented numerous financial institutions with head offices throughout Canada as far as Alberta and Saskatchewan.
Because of his educational background and vast and lengthy experience in real estate, he understands the marketplace completely. As a result, his clients are very comfortable in working with him because they know that he will help them make sound decisions in their buying investments and help them obtain the highest and best value for their properties when they sell.
Rocco presently is the Broker of Record at RenCen Real Estate Limited and he personally employs a full-time assistant that is university educated and understands the real estate industry extremely well.
Born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, Rob knows exactly what the city has to offer. Growing up in a real estate family, Rob has many years of experience in many facets of the business. Years of sales and service experience, along with many years of playing competitive baseball in both Canada and the United States have honed Rob's ability to communicate with both buyers and sellers.

Ryan was born and raised in Windsor and is active in the community as a member of Rotary Club of Windsor (1918) and several other community and volunteer organizations. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Windsor and a Master of Science in Finance Degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. Ryan has experience working in the hedge fund industry and as an Economist/Policy Analyst for the Canadian Federal Government. He has also run for political office in the past. While working as a realtor, Ryan also works in real estate appraisals and is a Professional Appraiser (P.App) who holds an AACI designation.

John Kowalski has been a Real Estate Sales Representative for over 40 years and attained his Broker's designation in 1975. As well, in 1988, John earned a Certificate Property Manager Designation (CPM) from the Institute of Real Estate Management and specializes in property management. This CPM designation gives John an edge when it comes to dealing in his specialty areas-- residential and multi-residential property sales.
Cindy specializes in applying her financial and market expertise to both residential and multi-family real estate transactions. In the multi-family and commercial space Cindy uses her financial experience and foresight to proactively address the details of the transaction to ensure smooth processes. In residential transactions Cindy applies her creative sales experience to every detail of the transaction. Her skills and knowledge in sales and financial analysis lend to her advocating for her clients during the buying and selling process as well as objectively evaluating each transaction and to adapt her focus to the needs of her clients.
As a graduate of the University of Windsor and a resident of Windsor/Essex for 30 years, Cindy knows and understands the local real estate environment and has the ability to adjust to changing market conditions.
